3. Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person.
  • A deposit may be required to confirm a booking.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • We accept credit/debit cards, online payments, and cash (where applicable).
  • All payments are due at the time of service.
  • Refunds are not available for completed treatments but may be issued for unused prepaid sessions under certain conditions.
  • Skincare products can only be returned if unopened and within 14 days of purchase (except where required by Australian Consumer Law).

By booking a service, you confirm that:

  • You have disclosed any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect treatment.
  • You understand that results vary based on individual skin types and conditions.
  • You will follow aftercare instructions provided by your skin therapist.
